Rockvolt to provide procurement services again for Alexandra Palace
Following our previous work managing the full procurement process in 2022, Rockvolt has been reappointed to carry out a detailed benchmarking exercise.
The findings will help determine whether the Palace’s current contractual agreement continues to offer the best solution, or whether operational changes should be made, including potentially a new tender process.
Rockvolt Reappointed by Alexandra Palace to Benchmark Key Services
We’re really pleased to share that Rockvolt has once again been appointed by Alexandra Palace to support their venue presentation and cleaning services. Having worked with the team a couple of years ago on a full procurement process, it’s great to be involved once again.
This time, we’ll be starting with a benchmarking exercise to see how the current arrangements are performing and how they stack up against the wider market. The findings will help decide whether to make operational changes and potentially move ahead with a new competitive tender next year.
