We undertake a thorough review of the current service provision and through observation, interviews and comparison design a future programme of delivery. We will agree all the recommendations with you and ensure that the tender process will result in an improved service.

Tender Programme

Rockvolt produces all the necessary documentation including scope of works and service standards to enable suppliers to bid for the work. We make certain that the documentation is clear, unambiguous, and results in a useful proposal response. We will coordinate the entire process, facilitating meetings, walk rounds, clarifications and submissions.

On-Boarding

We will work with your leadership to award the contract to the supplier who fulfils the criteria in the best manner. We will then assist to successfully on-board the supplier, ensuring the partnership between the parties is maximised and the service delivery is as desired from day one.
