Rockvolt has worked with a number of organisations including Edgbaston Stadium, Woking FC, and AFC Wimbledon in their design and build programme for venue redevelopment or new build. Working in association with architects and construction project managers we review, revise and recommend ensuring the build projects are operationally excellent.
Our experience allows analysis at the planning or commissioning stage of assets, finishes, movement flow, services, security, and appearance, to translate into a fantastic day out for the venue’s guests.
Design
Working directly with the architect we review the designs with regard to operational effectiveness, efficiency, budget, legislation and good practice. We understand how statutory guidelines such as the Green Guide impact the plans and operations.
Commissioning
We work with clients to commission new built facilities. The handover from construction stage to operational stage needs to be well coordinated. We work with client’s in-house teams and contracted-out service supply partners.
Budget
We analyse new builds and create operational budgets according to the space and delivery requirements. We factor in safety and innovation to ensure the right service supply is costed with rationale to make sure your objectives are met.
